A Head-On Approach To Resolving Legal Issues
When confronted with a problem, I believe there is no reason to delay action or withhold the truth. Being proactive and transparent allows you to bypass a lot of unnecessary hedging and equivocation, saving everyone time and money. Putting off meeting a lawyer about a legal problem is just like putting off a trip to the doctor about a medical problem; the longer you wait, the worse the problem becomes and the more time and money it takes to deal with it. I hope you don’t need a lawyer (or a doctor for that matter), but if you do, my advice is to stop procrastinating so that minor disputes don’t turn into major litigation.
